there must be a reason for the demo- crank house or drugs of some kind, did you talk to the city why all of those properties are being demoedI know some cities don't have the money for the properties anymore because the cities are brokego talk to the building department to find out why they are demoing and see if you can buy some up for a youth group or maybe a city park and rec areaenjoy

the tenant with the complaint also suggests it may be drug use. we have recently did a walk through on all the units and did not notice any strange smells.

They don't need to be involved in your decision - just act as a sounding board; so you can be made aware of the new "garbage dump" or "drug and rehab center" that is beiing considered by the local council for approval just half a mile away!

Not a war zone but definitely C class.As far as properties in the area, there are no derelect properties, but just generally a C class area. definitely crime and drugs in the area but that is to be expecte din this neighborhood.
