Order of Demolition

Hi everyone, I'm new to BP and this is my first post. Has anyone successfully BRRR or flipped a vacant multi family that has been slated for demolition? Target property (and many others) is in a low demographic neighborhood of Chicago. The city has been scooping up vacant properties and knocking them down to deter the associated crime. Building at face value appears solid, but I'm not a structural engineer and haven't gotten a look inside. Guranteed to be a full gut job, but really would like to hear from anyone with experience here. Jeff
