Subterranean termites need to be killed where they live, in the ground.Remember that wet soil will also attract termites - so look for pipes leaking and plants/mulch that stay wet close to the building.In Florida, a wooden building that hasn't been treated for termites recently... has termites.

The wall in the back of the first floor jutted out and needed to have the pipes moved so I could regain 6 inches.I know 6 inches doesn't seem like much but let me remind you the above ground square footage is 469 sq ft, every inch counts.I was impressed.

I do not think it will be done within 28 days though and then him paying the counter, the lein actually being removed through the courts takes time.

Furthermore, water rights are very expensive in the front range, and regardless of transportation improvements, you are still going to have to buy the rights and then build the infrastructure to pipe water into all that space we have to the East.
