I love learning, and since I'm a woman in my twenties, I want to ACTUALLY know something about all the parts of my operation so I don't end up with people I hire for various jobs thinking they can rip me off because I won't know any better, but I'd also feel a lot better knowing that, in a pinch, I could competently and legally prevent the wheels from falling off my business if one of my key people gets hit by a bus or something (God forbid!).

Don't pinch pennies on a roof, water damage can cause major problems and that gets expensive, damage over time to framing is generally not covered by your insurance.As to warranties, read the manufacture's warranty and then let me know if you will ever be able to make a claim under those conditions, material defects, hard for me to prove that.

I've even added my rent to my credit recently which boosted it another 20 points with the app Pinch and it reports to all three credit bureaus for free.Now if I were to max out all the cards at the same time and start applying for more cards well that just wouldn't work out well at all.
