I've only had one person look at my home. 

I inherited a partnership in a 22 unit commercial building with 8 restaurants, a grocery store, a couple of personal care services, and various other businesses.

Personally I would just get the proper licensing and insurance if I wanted to manage properties for others. 

I’ve had a few “Gurus” personally try to recruit me into $20K+/year mentorships at networking events, along with paid workshops and masterminds.

For Example:  All Blue houses make more money.Lots of times, I tell people not to trust me, since my topics can be vetted, plus I don't know their personal situations.Just surprised that people on the Forum don't have more Podcast visits referenced in their bylines. 

When so many renters stopped paying rent during COVID, companies like SureVestor stopped taking new accounts because they were facing a significant number of claimes.I personally don't see it as a good solution.

I try not to let it get personal...there are some members that have been 'inappropriate' in the past, but I will still give them a vote if their post actually deserves it

For me personally, I can't get the STR numbers to work.

We recently started a Co-Hosting business and are managing for one other person.
