From what I could tell, only 2 people worked there and if something happened over a weekend, you wouldn't get a response until Monday.  

What would people recommend I pursue, commercial or residential broker? 

I'm a full time agent and investor in the area that works a ton with VA buyers and i LOVE helping people house hack, it is definitely my favorite strategy and my passion helping people do it.

I worked with an agent who was okay but I became an agent myself because I became so interested in the industry and want to help other people build wealth and become investors themselves.

I'm always impressed with people's creative ideas!!!  

I did not want to simply rely on one source so I figured there are people here that would be up-to-date if such a manner was so as well.

I think most people would agree that a single family home is better than a condo for a long term rental.

There are so many great people and resources throughout BP that will be great to build a foundation and continue you learning.

Most people don’t want to sell a property and walk with zero dollars.
