If you've decided to sell the house, my recommendation would be to do an analysis of how much it would sell for given various different rehab scenarios:- No rehab- Light rehab- Medium rehab- Full rehabYou can define those terms above any way that makes sense for your house (and you can have many more point for analysis as well).Once you have the likely selling values for each of those scenarios, compare the cost with the potential profit (and the work involved) and take the approach that maximizes your return.

put it in the rental pool.. use it occasionally to get out of the gloomy gus weather we enjoy in the winter in the NW.. like this winter LOL.there is no exit from cash flow as Curt alludes to in the short to medium term that will not cost you money out of pocket..

Also, don't know your market, but option 1 works best in a cool to medium market (when buy-and-hold is the optimum strategy), while option 2 would likely work best in a hot RE market (when RE flipping or sales/services tend to be better).

The width seems to work with most units I've researched, but the not the depth (I've found some slightly under 27.5", but I still have to account for the exhaust pipe of the dryer).
