To all the Canadian REI what Entity is best for wholesaling in US
Hello everyone I'm new to investing, I have the question I think that every new investor has that is Canadian and wanting to do business in America. Who do you structure your business if you are planning to do most of your investing in the states? I'm looking into getting in to wholesaling because I have very little money saved do to buying my first house in the past year. I still have a full time job. I have done vast research through different mediums and the only really thing that I haven't found is business structured plans for Canadians that want to solely invest in the states. I really have focused on wholesaling because I think that is where I should start out. I would do fix and flips once I have money backed investors on my team but I just don't have that at this time. I really think this is the best place I will be able to find the right answers so bring it on. Thanks for reading my post and love to hear from everyone that is willing to fill me in.
