Do you use any tools or services to automate the process, or is it something you manually handle?

I have never known or had a single one done legally where any financial institute called a DOS for such, not 1 ever. 

OP it’s a good idea as long as you tie the investment to the military or civil service market.  

Think about questions you can ask to gauge the experience the professional will give you when delivering services.

You will find that lenders will reach out to you and try to ally alongside you (I know I have received a few emails and phone calls from different lenders trying to offer their services) but few are willing to 'teach' you.

I would also look at the availability of public water and public sewer, if not at the site how far away are those services.

Most can do it for the cost of the initial service call, if not it usually would be a slightly more charge.
