I am a fast learner and have the time and perseverance to hustle! 

Small banks will have a longer learner curve, depends on who does compliance and sets the operational tone.

Find a way to add value to the experience by becoming an avid learner (rather than only wanting to learn what you'll use at a time when you have no real understanding of what that is).It sucks.
