Hello Everyone! Looking to see if I can work in Virtual Wholesaling position or JV with someone in the Lubbock area? My name is Monica Williams and my Husband and I attended a Scott Yancey workshop back in June, I've been on BP for a few weeks and been learning how to start investing, reading and looking at the podcasts, it's a lot!!! Don't have the Funds or Credit at this time, but want to learn more!! We have been working on our Jobs for 17+ years and would like to retire on day and go full time in investing and real estate deals! I'm a cafeteria Manager in the schools and will be returning back to work in August, willing to work part time with someone who needs help or can help me learn from someone who is experience, I'm more of a hands on learner ( learn faster by actually during it).
