I always suggest craigslist, thats my one stop when advertising a property, depending on your area, you will have your phone ringing all day if you post the ad a couple times. you can also try out MyHouseDeals.com i find a good amount of properties on their everyday and i also posted one on there a while back and had a good amount of investors see it.
