I more or less was thinking building a wholesaling business would immerse me in the real estate world, become a means to an end of raising capital, and ultimately give me more deal flow.

The idea is immerse yourself in all that's out there so you can put your team together when you're ready.  

Doing small things to surprise & delight guests makes me extremely happyI feel as if our lives have become much to revolved around technology & it’s just not a good way to live (ironic I am posting this on an online forum 😂)I would love to start a glampiing business that lets people immerse themselves in nature but I need it to be profitable once it’s established. 

I've been immersing myself into risk and loss.

Part of me gets excited about the idea of getting immersed in the politics of a larger HOA facing intense issues, and option 1 may be just the place for the @Jonathan W..

Now it's 20,000 (I'm at 2000).Take some action and get so immersed in the space that you'll never post a question like one above again!

After some additional research, I got my answer and was immersed into the bigger Pockets world.

My goal for joining this group is to further immerse myself in the real estate community and stay on top of current affairs. 

Currently I have little no experience with hands on construction and am looking for ways to immerse myself in the work. 

I'll have to add these to my keywords so I can be better immersed in the discussion.
