Liability Insurance

As part of a study a colleague from this site and I are doing on LLC's vs. Sole Propriety legalities here: http://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/52/topics/75182

I am wondering if anyone can recommend liability insurance policies I can look at for individuals and corporations to cover law suits like negligence. I’m going to want to read the policies in depth so if you have not done so and/or are familiar with them please don’t recommend them. If you have cost info I’d be interested in that too.
