I was thinking much the same thing - down here in Mazatlan Mexico we have a lot of 2nd home owners and snowbirds.Thanks for the tip about the title companies - I'll check that out.

Karen says in her webinar that she prequalifies her attendees to be able to loan through her brokerage, I hope this is true and we can do this ASAP.I understand from Monica's course we need to set up an LLC, researching this for foreign ownership have now short listed Delaware, Wyoming and New Mexico...any thoughts on this appreciated....as I am aware through prior hard learnt lessons in the Australian market that structure of the "foundations" are very important....make a mistake and THOUSANDS can be lost....I am in search of a mentor and would love some guidance as the USA property market "rules" and "how to" is rather different to Australia....

.- The economy is heavily based around trade with Mexico (some people may call this a con)Cons- El Centro is a small market- I'd have to agree that, very few people making a living wholesaling- I think the county El Centro is in has the highest employment rate in the country.

I thought Mexico had the corner on such politics.I understand that the Mayor of my fair city spent more than a hundred grand for a non-paying job, city council runs about 25 to 30K for the non-paying job.

I'm all for allowing hard working people from Mexico (and elsewhere) to legally come to this country.The problem we have in this country is primarily with our own people who feel that they are entitled to be supported from cradle to grave by ME!
