Hope this is the right place for intro threads?

Gringo living in Mazatlan area for over 3 years.

My official occupation is internet marketer and SEO - happy to answer anyones questions on that stuff. Looking to hopefully diversify myself with some real estate investments this year.

Interested in talking to other investors that have experience with Mexico real estate, especially anyone whos done double closes out here and/or made use of transactional funding.
