Remember not every property manager is ethical and fair, but being a NARPM member we are held to a different standard.  

As for pushing the car into the streets, I advise you to be ethical and considerate of your actions.

I can recommend a RPM Colorado in terms of ethics and character, I know them as colleagues, (fellow Real Property Management franchisees), but they don't manage properties for me.

Promise I done a lot of business and ethics is stong on my list after making many mistakes.

The success secret has been and is reliable property management with high ethics/values and other investor connections who look for property there.

I have a strong work ethic and am willing to do things that may be a nuisance for you so that I may have the opportunity to develop.

Here in South Carolina, before having a "meaningful conversation" about real estate with a prospective client, agents are required to first.....Hand out a copy of the SC Agency Disclosure Brochure Discuss the various "forms of agency" offered to customers and clients.Failure to do so can potentially land the agent and agency in hot water due to an Ethics violation. 

You coming here, admitting your current shortcomings, and looking for a way to improve your situation speaks volumes about both your character and work ethic.

I would think that any real estate professional that you will want to work with will probably understand and respect your strategy, goals, and ethic.
