Due to the income earned in the landlord account that goes to the benefit of the client, you should cut the check directly from the account through the bank and do as the law says, hand-deliver or certified mail.

From my understanding, mortgages are considered riskier investments than most other loans because the borrowers can repay early with little to no extra cost.

(If I can earn just 5% I’ll have $20k in 15 years.

My team of three young kids that like to earn money for simple yardwork and my supportive wife are just the start of my team. :)  I am hoping to network with all relevant professionals in the field...especially like minded investors in my local area.

Subject to zoning could be apartments, self storage on extra land, sell lots, etc. 

We’ve also tried talking to the neighbors directly, but they don’t acknowledge the issue or make any effort to address it, on the contrary somtimes they are extra loud in spite. 

Some things matter more than saving an extra $200/month because you chose to live in a market you didn't necessarily like.

@Caleigh McDonough age old question.How long will it take you to save the extra funds vs how much the property may increase in price over that time?

I don’t have any debt besides my mortgage fortunately or unfortunately however you look at it, and I’m not opposed to using my extra funds to buy down my mortgage but I’m afraid it won’t lower my DTI quite enough.

I've reached out to lenders here on Bigger Pockets- but their rates & terms seem high (DSCR or just not good terms)- I qualify for a conventional loan, but my DTI is almost maxed so why pay an extra 2-3% DSCR when I don't have too.
