I would enjoy chatting with anyone that would be able to give me some advice as I am a recent college graduate and eager to get more involved in investing and overall in the real estate industry.

I took wills, trusts and estates class in the college and remember that if you sign something under duress or are mentally incapable of consenting to the terms of the agreement you sign, then that agreement or will is null and void in the eyes of the law.

I inherited a home on the Westbank and I am slowly beginning to renovate it, as I start an new career with Tulane college.

To focus on your area, research neighborhoods for trends, look for properties near military bases or colleges, and consider long-term rentals or short-term rentals in coastal areas and tourism hubs.

The trade off was you couldn't apply to a 4 year college but this was a way for kids to get the math credit they needed for a diploma.
