Can anyone recommend any investor friendly title companies in Prince Georges County, MD

I was thinking of doing in Prince William county.

When I lived in MD, this case made the news, a judge returning a pit bull service animal to its owner even though the county had a ban on pit bulls....https://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/10/07/prince-g...So there was at least one pit bull service dog. 

Do you also give money to african princes and call back the IRS when they say they have issued a "warrant to put you under arrest"?

Dan, I also live in Prince William County and am just getting started.

But I primarily do failure to pay rent cases in Prince George's County and I'm in Anne Arundel County much less often.  

I'm not looking for the millions of dollars from my long lost uncle who's a prince in Zimbabwe...just funding for real estate deals.

Hi everybody, I could use some help finding comps on a detached triplex that I found through my realtor Starlight, who works at Oakridge Reality so the triplex has a single-family unit in front and a duplex in the rear each unit has its own address because of this our loan officer saying when we get our appraisal done, we might run into some issues and not be able to get it appraised because it’s a unique property.

But I was notified last week that I won the Irish Lottery and I am sending some of that money to a Nigerian Prince so he can bring his inheritance to this country, so I am expecting to receive about $10 Million from the Prince soon, and maybe I'll get back with you.
