Rob K. New furnace regulations - applies to all of us in the Northern United States
2 November 2012 | 26 replies
Some brands today will have what is called a concentric kit and this is an all in one which will mean most of the time it can exit right through the old exhaust penetration through the roof, or it will mean just one hole would be needed to be made through the side of the house.I agree that most companies will charge a bit more for 90% furnaces as the bigger brands will charge more for the units and the labor is a little bit tougher.

You may clean mold off the surface but water may have penetrated behind the drywall or under carpet causing mold to grow in those areas. If only a part of the home has mold, you need to insure that when you remove the moldy material from the effected area that it is sealed so you don't contaminate the other areas with mold spores.
Rambabu Tummala Planning to buy property from MARQUIS PROPERTIES
25 January 2016 | 103 replies
@Donald Hendricks Don calling the collective wisdom here Ignorant as was stated in the original post was the height of Ignorance :)If we had a hot section Rick could have lit out on any number of posters and gotten into heated debate. but since there is no section on this site for this kind of katy bar the door discourse his posts were played out for all to see.At the end of the day my opinion and what I personally know of the back end of marquis is they will not miss a beat in sales because of this thread, BP is not their market they will continue on selling to the marketing channels that Rick was brought in and established. marquis would not be nearly as successful without Ricks expertise and connections in being able to bring investors that 99% of turn key operators could NEVER in a THOUSAND years find or penetrate what Rick has is a very very unique situation and Rick and his associates are extremely good at what they do!
