@Jon Holdman: I didn't want the first post to be inundated with numbers, but you're right.Here are the figures:Acquire:- Principal left on mortage: ~$85,000- Cost to buy: $29,250 ($20,000 to owner of property + $1,500 in light rehab + $5500 + $2,250 closing).
