My question regarding condos is: does anyone know which subdivisions/communities have fairly healthy associations as far as reserves, not too many rental restrictions, etc?

If you have a real estate deal which is 12-20% cash on cash return on the loan this is a healthy return which allows you to diversify.  

I have done a research, it appears the law does (DFW, Texas area) require LL to provide a healthy, well contained property for tenants. 

Hi @Cee Jay I know there is gonna be a market regeneration, in san diego, but not next year I think we are healthy to keep driving prices up a little more this is just my opinion, since I was one of does monkeys that @Brian Lacey was talking about, or former investment analyst. so my job was t be paranoid.

I'm currently partnering in the expansion of a lifestyle brand from one location in the Downtown LA Arts District into further iterations and spinoff concepts throughout Greater LA.

- again, spending 2 years building up a rental portfolio which we anticipate to have healthy returns and under the banner of the broker, how would one part ways amicably.Future Goals- not necessarily to bring on as many properties as possible.

There's a healthy investment to get certified, insurance, etc so wanted to get a temperature gauge before diving in. 

Education is a lifestyle, so I am hoping to connect with like minded men and women so we can share ideas, strategies, and connections.
