Hi,I'm brand new and considering enrolling in Rookie Bootcamp. 

I am attending my first REI networking event on September 21st and enrolled myself in the Real Estate Rookie Bootcamp that is starting on September 13th.

I ask, because the subject you used mentions forebearance......and most people who have enrolled in forbearance have actually remained current on their mortgages per the Mortgage Bankers Association and NAR. 

So you need to be enrolled in that program and there are income restrictions.

I thought making my first post on BiggerPockets, about the struggle and understanding how to correctly set up, structure and arrange the proper business entity necessary to undertake real estate wholesaling transactions virtually within the United States, while currently living abroad.As, the Covid-19 Catastrophe has made me reassess lifes’ purpose, helped me re-enroll into University to finish my degree in Business Administration, laid out a new career path for me and pushed me forward to do things differently I would be thankful for all the sound advice that can be given.

If you enroll in the course you may also meet a capitol partner or two.I recommend you consume a whole lot of education, including books, podcasts, videos, courses, and a few on site visits before you take a serious run at this.
