Another weirdness that you may or may not face...many of the homes were continually having big wet spots appear in/on the slabs, hundreds of people, were calling leak detection services, thinking an underground plumbing leak was causing these mystery wet spots.

Finally, being in a small market in Wyoming makes it about 10x harder to do real estate investing because there is not the support of other local investors to show you the rope and share wisdom and knowledge and the number of real deals locally is few and far between, simply from a numbers perspective.I detect an underlying thread of fear that is driving your plan so you aren't personally liable.

I would also think that I don't want to waste my time to drive out somewhere to "find out" if it is the apartment that I want when I can just click on the next craigslist or apartments.com posting and probably find something that would also work for me and require less detective work.Hope that helps and that you can get a tenant in there ASAP.

We are also about to test an leak detecting auto-shutoff valve.In a multi-unit building also remove - or place behind locking plates - any hose bibs to avoid tenants washing their vehicles or running sprinklers for their kids.I would be very surprised if you would be permitted to drill a well within the City.
