I'm new to investing in Tax Liens/Deeds, I've spent hours researching properties and specific county rules, but I feel like I hit a lot of dead-ends because I can't understand the legal jargon in some of these documents.

Given the state of the stock market over the last few years, I'm looking for a way to invest in certificates to gain an interest rate higher than what banks are offering and returns that higher than the stock market right now.

So during that time period: the price of used cars, SFHs, land, groceries, wood, insurance, the stock market etc etc all went up as well How do you know this is mobile homes specifically and not the land/location?

the buzzword  is diversification - but with the purchases I made at the time - real estate far outperformed the stock market.  

Or, is it smart to have your job, all your real estate, stocks and everything in one single country and at the whim of a single government?
