Is it common that all commerical loans are adjustable rate after 5 years.

Commerical loans to LLC will generally have higher interest rates b/c commercial3.

We see those type of commerical building many times being repurposed as churchs.

They have their own websites and search engines they use internally, since most agents that do Commerical don't do residential and vice versa.  

@Kiran ShilamkarAre you talking about commerical in regards to multi family or you talking about office buildings, multi use commercial?

Have they written FLIPS (renovation Builders Risk is a policy they should be familiar with), Vacant buildings,     Commerical properties (especially 5+ unit apartment bldgs), New home construction, Contractors, etc.)?
