@Ray ThorsenTime to check-in with the tenancy law in Wisconsin ... perhaps @Dawn Anastasi could shed some light on how to proceed in your state.Here, if a tenant overholds (does not vacate at the end of their lease or on an agreed date, then we have to issue a Notice to Vacate and proceed down the path of an eviction.
