We call them sacrificial rods meaning the zinl sacrifices itself for the corrosion meaning the zinc deteriorates inside the tank and guess what you are putting in your pasta pan if you use a single-lever kitchen faucet where it impossible to completely stop how water from going through the spout.The 2nd major problem we have is when annode rods are on electric water heaters.

Make a list of all properties in your target purchase price range (based upon the above filters)- Determine current indebtness/equity position (by way of a title search) to determine estimated ROI for every property in your list (could be time consuming and/or expensive)- Inquire about those that meet the above standards.It's sad but true, paying cheap money for a broad list (that you have to pan to find the gold) always costs more then paying a little more for targeted list.Regards,Scott Miller

I bought a property like 6 months ago, and thought Extra property mgmt. on Broad st. could've run it, but all they did was talk a good one, and not produce the outcomes I was looking for, never returned by phone calls back and said they were getting in contact with the city and this and that...but nothing ever panned out.
