Funny thing I got an email from them saying when was a good time to chat, they said in response to a meeting I went to.

Just a ton of beginner questions and would love to chat with someone about it if anyone is in the Morris County/Union county area!

Was wondering if anyone on this forum does that kind of thing or knows anyone who does in the Indy area, would love to chat about it! 

Sad part is I’m driven I can find great deals currently have 3 houses that can make tons off but I don’t have anyone to help me and everyone wants thousands of dollars and doesn’t really involve any kind of actual mentoring but begging for help on their chats.
