My understanding of the utility of doing this was more about ensuring that the lender cannot pull the rug out from under the borrower, due to a 'due on sale' clause.

I asked him what would happen if I didn’t replace floors, he said it would cause the foundation to become rugged underneath the floor, I asked if it doesn’t anything deeper he said no..... they are removing dehumudifiers in 2 days, should I place more units for a few days ?

If a tenant wants rugs let them put in throw area carpets and take them with them when they leave.Wood floors and carpets are nightmares when a bad tenant gets in and often they have no money for damages so when they destroy the floors, you will be left holding the bill.Tile is the best choice, especially if you are looking at the long term and it has not been this cheap in many years!

.- Durable: I've dropped hammer off of ladder, we've had standing water on some after a plumbing leak, pets, whatever, this stuff holds up + as an added bonus, the tenant takes their stains and stink with them when the leave with a throw rug.- Looks good: Propects love the look, I go for a lighter color like a maple or honey oak, if it does scratch its not as noticable.
