I can't remember why I picked them over the competition, probably price combined with feature set.For me, they have a huge number of features and is critical for keeping everything in line.

@Grant Dennis @Russell Brazil nailed it.In any negotiation, real estate related or not, it's critical to understand the interests and goals of each party.The seller's agent is required by law and by ethics to get the best possible deal for the seller. 

You personally not liking something isn't the same as objective constructive criticism.

Personally, I don't think school is critical but that is a whole other debate.   

It does my heart good to see community efforts like Shelby Park begin to reach critical mass. 

I doubt anyone reading this article or thinking critically for any amount of time would believe that Birmingham is poised to overthrow the Bay Area, or Austin, any time soon. 

That to me is critical if they're going to be managing my properties or investing my money.
