Got some money stashed away, fixed some smudges on my credit, and I have been reading books, listening to audiobooks, and watching the BP forums religiously for about 2 years now.So heres my plan: I live just outside of Denver.

That's completely fine though, there are other people that love that part and hate the other part that you're good at: construction/rehabI plan to attend meetings religiously after my line of credit goes through.

You could replace the word church in my question with temple or many old building types not designed for living in full time.Traditional french religious institutions used to own and still own many old buildings of all kinds across France and have been selling a number of them for a relatively reasonable amount of money.

My tenant has been paying me rent religiously for 4 months via ACH.  

One was a single woman who was a Music Therapist at the same hospital I worked at; she owned some expensive instruments and frequently left on weekends to attend different festivals; would some take (but not all) of these instruments.I told her fine; she paid for the installation; it was done professionally and she gave me the code in the event that I had to enter for a repair when she wasn't home.Ironically there's never been an issue of any break in in any of the houses where these tenants have put in security systems.They often do forget to shut these off but it's fairly easy to disconnect them after move out.Gail

If they're religious affiliation is a 501c3 you may be able to use plan A and get them to write you a receipt  for the $300  potential increase as a contribution  for tax purposes.

The difference between pricing the Coachella Festival, or Thanksgiving, or another holiday or event correctly or not makes a huge difference.      

The tulip festival generally gets over $1 million worth of tourism grants (from just the city of Burlington) every year!
