In WI, multiple late payments is cause for eviction on a 12 month, so if you have served the 5 day multiple times, you may be able to get them out on that alone.Dig in and get those punks out.

For myself it would be better aesthetically to get rid of it but it’s not really something most would be able to do on their own for cheap.
