Cost of caulking

Hey guys!

I received a repair request form my property management that recommended the garage trim caulking and back door trim caulking for 110$. I was wondering if this is a fair price for the work, since the caulking materials are very inexpensive.

Thank you!

@,

I would tend to agree w/ @. I've been in the construction field my whole life. If someone is going to do a professional job, removing the old caulking and re-caulking around an overhead door and a backdoor, for $110, I'd let them. I personally wouldn't do that much work for any less.
