Since the product is still so new, they've been granting beta testers free access to the product's functionality in exchange for feedback and bug reports.

While definitely not a local credit union, we have some great options for HELOC products. 

It’s entirely likely you would have to switch insurance products  - going to a commercial policy - but check with your carrier. 

I use DSCR products every time because of this exact analysis with my own CPA.  

She likes the product and wants top of the line but not really good at negotiating with another contractor.

I don't even need to look at the listing- if it's been 100% quiet, it's one of two things:-There's no market for the product you are offering.

Closed and am all good, used the new 5% multifamily product that came out last November 

I would also plan on a maximum of 75% loan to value with either of these products, so if you get your $325,000 appraisal, plan on a $243,750 cash out.
