Have you ever considered using Quicken or Quickbooks to track expenses and print checks.

I also print checks from directly from Quickbooks.

Instead of "God Foundation" I would suggest "Non-profit foundation" as religious involvement is not required.The website hosting this chart will come down soon (from what I've heard) so I suggest printing it or saving as pdf for later perusal.I'd love to read some comments by some of the power posters in this thread.

There are lots of very simple and effective way to market that you buy houses without spending a lot of money from signs in the yard, bandit signs around the neighborhood, negotiating with a local business that has a blank wall facing a major street (think gas station on a corner) to hang a banner on the side.
