So, yes thy work for them.For anyone else ... nope it's a smorgasbord of stuff that look cool as a polished icon.

You will find brand new people to the game and those that have been polished with years of experience, both good and bad.

My own house is clean anyway, but I wouldn't spit polish it for a showing.

Ultimately, I was able to leverage these skills (with a little more polishing) into a career as a Product Designer in the tech industry.Despite all of these varying pursuits, I never forgot about Rich Dad, Poor Dad, or the idea of real estate investing.Fast forward to today, I am working and growing in a rewarding career that I really enjoy and am excited to start getting my hands dirty.

Just remember if its polished porcelain, it will need to be sealed.

Academic kids, polished and well mannered they seem to be, with good parental support. 

We chose an apartment with a little less polish but also in a great location, with much more reasonable terms in the lease.
