I see people doing this wrong in Michigan constantly.

Most of that is not really worth much to most people. 

What would people recommend I pursue, commercial or residential broker? 

I've heard more than a few horror stories about people who lost everything doing just that. 

Only let in A+ people--no matter what. 4. whatever task you can't handle hire someone.

I worked with an agent who was okay but I became an agent myself because I became so interested in the industry and want to help other people build wealth and become investors themselves.

I did not want to simply rely on one source so I figured there are people here that would be up-to-date if such a manner was so as well. 

I'm a full time agent and investor in the area that works a ton with VA buyers and i LOVE helping people house hack, it is definitely my favorite strategy and my passion helping people do it.

I'm always impressed with people's creative ideas!!!  

From what I could tell, only 2 people worked there and if something happened over a weekend, you wouldn't get a response until Monday.
