I would get a sturdy table and place a larger than College dorm refrigerator (but not a full size Refrigerator) on it, a small apartment size electric stove (eliminates the gas line) , place a stand up 5 shelf in the kitchen for pots and pans and dishes. 

Toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, branded soap and shampoo, coffee, etc.

All that was left were basics such as dishes, additional bedding, equipt the kitchen with utensils and cookware, etc.

I have DISH at both of my STRs because bandwidth is an issue.

We'll be including frig/ deep freezer in the basement/ dish wash/ stove/ microwave/ laundry wash/dryer/ water softener system.

Are there dish washers in each unit?

Can they install a satellite dish on the roof?

I also provide consumables such as coffee, toilet paper, kleenex, laundry soap, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner.  

No dish washer and an on-site pay to use laundry room. 

They left me a giant pile of dirty dishes on the sink, a trashcan and recycling bin that overflowed to the floor and stained the wall and floor, a dirty floor and a stove top covered in grease and food particles that were even smeared on the wall.
