I sure do find it bothersome to set up individual accounts to hold each tenant's security, for a mere $900 of protection (one of my properties monthly rent), when I've seen tenants do much more than $900 damage.For higher end properties with higher monthly rent, I suppose I wouldn't want to abandon security deposits.
