I suppose I am a slow learner.  

I am a fast learner and have the time and perseverance to hustle! 

I consider myself to be a quick learner with an above average business sense.

You have to plan ahead if you want to get ahead, so if you ladies and gentleman can welcome an ambitious learner, and point me in the right direction, it would be much appreciated.

I am a very quick learner.

This is because the first few years of residency have notoriously bad working hours (probably at least 60-80 hours per week), and I won't have as much time as I do now to learn and set-up systems and connections to grow my portfolio.I'm new to the REI world but am a quick and eager learner.

Getting a loan for construction is intricate (not so much about the actual know how) but also assessing holding costs, permits, zoning, ARV, ROI, etc etc etc Now, don’t let me stop you… some of you are fast learners! 

For those lurkers that are professional learners and novice doers get off your a$$ and go make it happen.  

I've never been a good "online course" learner but this helped me out during a time when I was injured. 

Be a person of integrity, be kind to yourself and others, take care of your body (it's the only one you have), be a lifetime learner, set goals, stay the course, adjust to new circumstances, work smart, save more than you spend, don't hold consumer debt (pay off bills every month), build your credit worthiness, maintain a stellar credit score, nurture relationships with others, keep faith in God, believe in yourself, be a positive person, give back to the community with your time, talent, and treasure.
