This gives renters many reasons to book my house.I just had an inquiry from a highly ranked freshman offensive lineman's parents.

The problem is I will still be working my 9-5 which will severely restrict my ability to immediately follow-up with phone calls or online inquiries. 

I find that more inquiries come from facebook marketplace now.

I will have to reach out to some of my recently gathered contacts for potential partner inquiries. 

I have not responded to their inquiry but from the assessors information alone the value of the home is $145k (2300 sqft) and did I forget to mention it’s on 19 acres and has access to a beautiful creek.

I even get unsolicited inquiries from friends, etc.

Take calls and inquiries, prequalify, then tell them of open house date.For many areas, only include vague location info (and don't put signs out front), unless you want breakins and scammers renting the place for you (not to mention squatters).

Do enough deals and you naturally start building a buyers list from the inquiries:)2) Wholesaling is HARD work!
