Whether you feel psychologically inclined to pay that down or not, the numbers work less in the favor of paying off your car loan than perhaps other debt types.

However I think the age of the property may introduce maintenance headaches.If this is a below retail deal and you could get in the low 500s with the HVAC updated, then I would be more inclined to like this deal. 

I am motivated and curious to see what this path may produce, although I anticipate challenges associated with changing careers and feel I would probably have to put my entrepreneurial inclinations on hold for now.
