Most of what I've done was pre BP immersion and might be less than optimal but I'm happy with how things are going so far. 

@Cornel Smith the cheapest way I could think of for you to get started is to immerse yourself in the community.

VR is used to describe a full immersing virtual reality experience including six degrees of freedom and also to describe a 360 picture in a headset as well.However they are two different experiences and should be approached as two separate options, depending on what you do and what you would like to achieve.For example if you would like to share a existing property you might want to go with a 360 Tour either with a headset or online however if you are trying to sell a new development you might consider the option a full immersing experience similar to a real walkthrough.

My goals are to continue to immerse myself in everything Real Estate and grow to the point of being a landlord/house flipper myself while working my nine to five.

@Zachary R Sink immerse yourself in everything BP for at least a couple months unless you find a good mentor in my opinion!

I'd spend time immersing myself into areas which will help my career before taking on 4-6 months of expenses.  

I'd recommend putting the cash aside for now and spending a couple of months immersing yourself in real estate podcasts and books.  

I'm new to REI and very excited to immerse myself in the vast resources on BP!

I am new to the REI scene, immersed in the research process.

I have a couple of acquaintances who are fairly immersed in RE but I am always looking to network and acquire as much knowledge as possible.
