Hi my name is Aaron, new to BiggerPockets and I am highly interested in flipping properties. First, I want to learn the market as well as the in's and out's under an experienced flipper/investor. I am currently unemployed and am looking for hands on (sweat equity) experience. If anyone can point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it.
