Newbie From Cincinnati, OH
I am new to the REI scene, immersed in the research process. I am reading (and listening to) everything I can get my hands on. As far as experience goes, I have none formally. I have just been networking and trying to soak all information from others who have experience in the game.
I am in the process of setting up a LLC and beginning to piece together some of the parts of a team. My hopes are to make my first deal in August, beginning the process of buying a series of buy and holds using single or ideally multifamily rentals, using the BRRR strategy.
In the future after gaining a few years experience, I would also like to potentially expand my portfolio via wholesaling and notes.
I am very excited to be a part of the community and looking forward to gaining knowledge from it's members!
Cheers
