I see many people starting out in the industry with very unrealistic expectations that drive them to take action, which is completely normal and that’s how most humans function.

Forced air will usually make buildings be too dry for human comfort (under 40%) and certainly to dry for mold (needs 65%).

In cases where I rent a room I just rely on checking they have a professional health care license and a job in the area but that is only because the roommate is my son.  

It can't be manufactured or mobile home and of course we'd have to do all the permits and if I'm coverting an existing building I'd have to have it engineered and permitted to meet code and environmental health requirements.

We have a large health complex here - Cleveland Clinic (largest employer in Cuyahoga County/North East Ohio), University Hospitals, MetroHealth Hospitals, etc. 

Is this a health care company that will provide housing to their workers or a company in the business of re=renting space that they rent from you.
