2) What is the heat source?

I have noticed he trolls the trending posts, usually saying something that might start a heated debate.

If I bought the properties, I will need to fix the roof, the entire house, need new heating system, new AC, pretty much new of everything.

Much of the capex has at least 5 years usable life left except floors (9 years old) and one heating unit, which is @ year 16 of an expected 20 year life.

The cold temperatures can result in really high heating bills, especially if the windows are old, furnace is old and little insulation.

Only, Flipper B added solar panels and geothermal heat pumps for energy savings.

When the local market started really heating up, the banks dumped as many as possible.
