The do a good job of not acting pushy and make people think that when they do events in other markets where they say its all about education it really means that the wholesaler they are working with has to pay for all their meals and then pay them a large fee for every home sold.

I looked up on zillow the market health index for a specific ZIP Code and in most areas it is not very healthy for instance a 2.8 out of 10 should I look in healthier areas for a better area to invest in to get started?
